You should try to eat a rainbow of foods everyday. Choose white, purple red, orange, green and yellow. By eating the rainbow, you are supplying your body with all the nutrients it needs to be healthy. Here is a picture of what the sides for your meals should be.
Hint: There are no potatoes, rice or bread as a side. These all make you fat and increase inflamation in the body.

I eat a rainbow of colors every day... it's just that the rainbow usually comes in the form of M&Ms.
